This year, we’re celebrating in a way we haven’t before. The almanac is a record of a year that mattered. Not a greatest hits album, not a victory lap, just a close look at twelve months of coffee, people, decisions, mistakes, surprises, and growth.

Inside is 75grams of 10 coffees selected from the year that was. Some stood out in production, some punched well above their weight, some jumped out when we didn’t expect it. Chosen collaboratively and put on ice, each coffee marks a moment in time, a snapshot of where Commonfolk was, and how we got there.

This release is also about transition. A farewell to Tommy, a handover to Will, and a thank you to the people who shaped the year. From producers at origin, to our production and hospitality teams, to the partners and drinkers who backed us when the coffees weren’t always easy or obvious.

The Almanac isn’t about perfection. It’s about paying attention. Learning as we go, caring deeply about how coffee is bought, and doing our best to make coffee that tastes good and does good.
